ReACTION is the NYAGV Education Fund’s program that teaches students about the dangers of gun violence and how they can advocate to make positive change in their communities.

Run at public high schools in New York City–both after-school and in-school–ReACTION follows a year-long curriculum focusing on personal responsibility, group interaction and community engagement and culminates in a year-end trip to Albany.

Students also learn skills–such as public speaking, debating, planning and organizing, and conflict resolution—that will benefit them throughout their lives.
